AURORA METHOD® ACADEMY

You’ve seen the pattern. This is where you learn how to change it.

LET’S START WITH A CONVERSATION

Emotional Burnout reveals itself under pressure. How does yours show up?

Whether you go quiet, go sharp, or go off, the reaction is only what you can see.
What’s driving it matters because of what it’s costing you.

A woman withdrawing during a difficult conversation

When you
implode

You take on more and say less. At work, you carry three people’s loads in silence. At home, you’re in the room but somewhere else at the same time. You disappear a little more into yourself, while the people closest to you feel the tension and a distance neither of you can quite name.

A couple arguing during a tense conversation

When you
erupt

You shut down while frustration builds inside. Your patience gets shorter. At work, a simple question can feel like an interrogation, and you react more sharply than you intended. At home, you snap. The people closest to you don’t understand what they’ve done wrong and neither do you. Then the shame sets in and you pull away.

A heated workplace confrontation

When you
explode

The frustration and anger take over before you can stop them. At work, you say things in front of people who won’t forget them. At home, the person you’d never want to hurt is the one who gets the worst of it. Afterward, you retreat behind a wall of shame and remorse.

Left alone, it only gets louder. Seen clearly, it can be named.
And what can be named can be changed.

Every reaction has a belief underneath it. The Aurora Method® helps you find it.

There’s a way through this, and it isn’t more willpower or another coping strategy.
It starts with three foundational steps that help you understand what’s driving the pattern: See It. Name It. Change It.

See It

First, you learn to see how your life experiences shaped you—and recognize the patterns showing up in your life today. Not to judge them. Just to see them clearly, often for the first time.

Name It

Then, you uncover and name the beliefs underneath those patterns. Naming them gives you clarity about what’s been driving your reactions and what needs to change.

Change It

Understanding is the beginning. Here, you learn to interrupt the old response and begin choosing a different one within yourself and in how you relate to others. This is where insight starts becoming action.

The Small Group

Work through the Aurora Method® with me and a small, confidential group of high-performing professional women. I’ll guide you through each phase as you uncover what’s been driving your patterns and identify what—and how—you want to change.

Ideal if you want the connection and perspective that comes from doing this work alongside women who understand what it’s like to carry a lot—and are ready for something to change.

PATH 2

One-on-One

Just the two of us, moving through the Aurora Method® step by step. You’ll have the privacy and space to go deeper into your individual experiences, beliefs, reactions, and relationships.

And when something is hard to say out loud, I’ll sit in it with you until it comes. Together, we’ll identify what needs to change and create a path forward.

Ideal if you want a more private, highly personalized experience throughout the 12 weeks and my support each step of the way.

What Both Paths Give You

No form to fill. No path to pick alone. Just a conversation, and we decide together.

LET’S FIND YOUR PATH TOGETHER
  • Me, every week, for twelve weeks. This isn’t a program you’re left to work through alone. I guide you through the Method every week, whichever setting you choose.
  • Built to work in real life. No stack of homework to add to your list. You begin using what you’re learning where it matters most: in your everyday reactions, conversations, and relationships.
  • A room with no judgment. Trust isn’t assumed here. It’s built slowly, so you have the space to say the things that may have been difficult to say anywhere else.
  • A method you keep for life. By the end of twelve weeks, you’ll know how to recognize the pattern for yourself—whether you catch it in the moment or realize it hours later—and know how to begin choosing a different response.

The Academy is where it starts.

12 weeks gives you what most women haven’t had in years: you can see the pattern, name what’s driving it, and begin responding differently. Real clarity, and some calm with it.

That’s the beginning of change, not the end of it, because change takes practice. Finding your voice takes practice. Strained relationships may need repair. Some women continue that work on their own. Others choose to continue working with me. Either way it starts with a conversation.
